The Sunkoshi River originates in the Tibetan Plateau and receives its water from the Zhangzhangbo Glacier and the Bhote Koshi River. It originates in Tibet and flows through a beautiful valley in Nepal, where it joins the Arun and Tamor rivers to form the Saptakoshi River

Due to the proximity of the BP Highway, a 5-day trip is currently possible
Day 1: It is a 3-hour bus ride from Kathmandu to Dolalghat (the starting point). Everything is prepared and there is a safety talk from the guide before you go. Paddling, successfully navigating each rapid safely and enjoying the river journey. The river journey will last for 4-5 hours every day. In this way, 8-10 days will be spent on the river. The journey will end on the last day after joining Saptakoshi. Return to Kathmandu by flight from Biratnagar. You can return to Kathmandu by bus via BP Highway Sunkoshi Valley in 5-6 hours.
